Exchange Policy

At Anabya Garments, we do not offer returns or refunds. We only provide exchanges for eligible items.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange only if the item you received is:

• Damaged or defective

• Incorrect (wrong size, color, or product delivered)

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

• Provide your Order Number along with clear photos of the product and the issue.

Exchange Process

Once your request is approved, our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process. The replacement item will be dispatched after the returned product has been received and inspected.

• Returns and refunds are not available.

• Only exchange requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be accepted.
